About the Journal

AMIR: Alaztha Journal of Modern Informatics Research (abbreviated as AMIR) is a scientific journal published by CV. Alaztha Media Publikasi in collaboration with Universitas Hang Tuah Pekanbaru.

AMIR is published 3 (three) times a year, in March, August, and December. The journal accepts manuscripts in either Indonesian or English. The scope of AMIR covers original research results in the field of modern informatics, including but not limited to Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning, Big Data, Decision Support Systems (DSS), Software Engineering, Information Systems, Web Programming, and Data Mining, with a maximum plagiarism limit of 15%.

Each manuscript submitted to AMIR will be reviewed by at least 2 (two) peer reviewers through a double-blind peer-review process. Authors are required to upload a Statement of Originality/Copyright when submitting the manuscript. Manuscripts must be submitted via the Open Journal System (OJS) in .doc or .docx format.

The entire process, from submission to publication in AMIR, is free of charge (Rp 0 / No Publication Fee). AMIR is registered with the National Library of the Republic of Indonesia with an International Standard Serial Number (ISSN) (currently in the application/processing stage). AMIR utilizes Turnitin for plagiarism checks, Mendeley for reference management, and Crossref (DOI) for digital scientific work identification.
