Authors who publish articles in Alaztha Nursing Journal (ANJ) agree to the following terms:

1. Authors retain copyright of their work and grant first publication rights to Alaztha Nursing Journal (ANJ). The article is published under a license from CV. Alaztha Media Publikasi, which allows others to share, adapt, and build upon the work, provided that proper attribution is given to the authors and the original publication in this journal.
2. Authors may enter into separate contractual agreements for the non-exclusive distribution of the published version of their article, such as depositing it in institutional repositories or publishing it in books, provided that it is clearly stated that the article was first published in Alaztha Nursing Journal (ANJ).

Authors are also permitted and encouraged to upload their work online, both before and during the submission process, for example in institutional repositories or personal websites. This practice enhances scholarly exchange and may increase citation impact of the published work.
