The minimum standards for manuscripts submitted to Alaztha Nursing Journal (ANJ) are as follows:
Language Policy This journal publishes articles in English. Authors who initially prepare manuscripts in Indonesian are required to translate their manuscripts into English prior to submission. The translation must be clear, accurate, and academically appropriate.
Manuscripts must be written using Mongolian Baiti font, size 11 pt, with margins of 2.5 cm on the left and right, 3.5 cm on the top, and 3 cm on the bottom.
Articles should be between 10 and 15 pages in length. Manuscripts exceeding 15 pages will be subject to special editorial evaluation.
Authors are required to use reference management software such as Mendeley, Zotero, EndNote, or similar applications and apply APA Style 7th Edition for citations and references.
Manuscripts must be prepared using the official Alaztha Nursing Journal (ANJ) template.
B. Manuscript Structure
Manuscripts should be organized according to the following structure:
1. Title The title should clearly reflect the research objectives, methods or models used, and the focus of the study without using uncommon abbreviations or acronyms.
2. Abstract
The abstract must contain 200–250 words.
Citations and references are not permitted in the abstract.
The abstract should include:
Background or main problem
Research objectives
Research methodology
Results
Conclusions
Recommendations
3. Article Structure Authors are encouraged to organize their manuscripts in the following order:
Introduction
Objective
Method
Results and Discussion
Conclusion and Suggestion
4. References
All sources cited in the manuscript must be included in the reference list.
References should primarily consist of scholarly sources, with at least 75% originating from accredited national journals (SINTA-indexed) or reputable international journals, and no more than 25% from books or other supporting sources.
Books should be published within the last 10 years, while journal articles should be published within the last 5 years.
Each manuscript must contain a minimum of 20 references.
Authors are strongly encouraged to use reference management software such as Mendeley, Zotero, EndNote, or similar tools.
The names and email addresses entered on this journal site will be used exclusively for journal management and publication purposes. They will not be made available for any other purpose or disclosed to any third party without appropriate authorization from the data owner.
